Lonny Rosen Chairs Medico-Legal Society: A ‘Pot Pourri’ of Medico-Legal Cases

On September 28, 2016, Lonny Rosen chaired the Medico-Legal Society of Toronto’s 5th Annual: A ‘Pot Pourri’ of Medico-Legal Cases.

Lonny led the discussion between a group of experts presenting on issues including the minor injury guideline and accident benefits, end-of-life cases, causation in medical malpractice cases, physician privileges in public hospitals, and the law of informed consent.

The event, which took place earlier this fall, was titled A Potpourri of Medico-Legal Cases.The Medico-Legal Society of Toronto was founded in 1950 by a group of doctors and lawyers to promote medical, legal and scientific knowledge, co-operation and understanding between the professions, its website states.
