Lonny Rosen appointed to Consent and Capacity Board

We are pleased to announce that Lonny Rosen has been appointed to the Consent and Capacity Board of Ontario (CCB) as a part-time lawyer member. The Consent and Capacity Board is an independent provincial tribunal which adjudicates matters of capacity, consent, civil committal and substitute decision making.
