Lonny Rosen quoted in Law Times Article
In an article on the recent steps taken by health regulatory colleges to improve transparency, Lonny Rosen was quoted as saying that this is a significant change.
He noted that the move to publish cautions “will significantly impact hos a professional responds” to complaints and investigations. He also questioned whether the push for more transparency would actually improve the regulation of health professionals in Ontario, noting that “The fact that the public is interested does not always mean it is in the public interest”.
