Lonny Rosen quoted in Star article on undertakings

Lonny Rosen was quoted in the Toronto Star on Saturday, February 28, 2015 in an article on undertakings entered into by physicians. The article was critical of the practice, characterizing these agreements as "backroom deals", which permit doctors to avoid disciplinary hearings. Lonny Rosen offered a different perspective:

“It wouldn’t be fair to disclose unproven allegations, particularly when there is no risk to the public. Just because someone is curious about the underlying facts doesn’t mean that it is in the public interest for them to have that information,” he says.
