Lonny Rosen Returning to Teach Health Law at Osgoode Hall Law School

For the fourth consecutive year, Lonny will join the Adjunct Faculty at Osgoode Hall Law School, teaching a seminar course in Health Law for upper year students. The course will include topics such as: consent to treatment; mental capacity and substitute decision-making; professional regulation and governance; medical malpractice; emergency management and civil protection; and health information privacy.
