Lonny Rosen Speaking on Mental Health Legislation

On November 26, 2013, Lonny will be presenting at a meeting of the Ontario Bar Association Health Law Section to discuss civil commitment under the Mental Health Act. Lonny will be reviewing amendments to the legislation known as 'Brian's Law' and will also address the criteria for instituting a Community Treatment Order to enable people to receive treatment in the community.
