Lonny Rosen to Present on Capacity Issues for Family Lawyers

On February 5, 2016, Lonny Rosen will present to family lawyers at the annual OBA's Institute Program in Family Law, As the Family Law World Turns: Critical Advice for Family Lawyers.

Lonny will be speaking on Capacity Conundrums and the Appointment of Litigation Guardians. His presentation will advise family law counsel how to handle capacity issues and as to their professional obligations in this regard.
