Rosen Sunshine Provides Accredited Professionalism Seminar

We recently had the honour of presenting to a leading law firm on Capacity Issues in Litigation. We reviewed the law respecting capacity assessments in various proceedings, including the legislation and case law respecting each type of capacity determination, and then applied the law to scenarios lawyers might encounter in practice.
