We at Rosen Sunshine LLP are dedicated to ensuring the health and safety of our personnel, clients and community. Like many of our colleagues in the legal, regulatory and health care communities, we are doing what we can to take proactive measures to help reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus while still delivering services to our clients. This is an ever-changing situation and we have been monitoring it closely.
We want to reassure our clients that we have a business continuity plan in place to allow us to continue operate and to be fully functional, while following the guidance provided by authorities to ensure the safety of the community. The following are some of the measures we have currently implemented:
- Most of our lawyers and staff are working from home and as such, all business meetings and seminars will be handled virtually. Our lawyers and staff are fully equipped to work remotely and have access to all files and resources from home (in a secure and privacy-compliant manner), but we are continuing to receive deliveries at the office.
- We are waiting for updates about scheduled regulatory hearings and will advise clients as soon as information becomes available.
- We have implemented technology that permits us to conduct meetings and to deliver most client services, including training, remotely.
Again, we are continuously monitoring the situation and will provide updates should there be further changes in our service delivery plan.
