“I am a passionate advocate for my clients, taking the time to understand the problem and finding creative solutions”
Sari Feferman is a partner of Rosen Sunshine. She joined the firm as an associate in 2017 after practicing civil litigation at a boutique law firm in Toronto. Sari provides advice to health care professionals, health care organizations, and individuals with a variety of health-related legal matters. She represents health care professionals and other regulated professions in regulatory, administrative, and civil matters.
Sari’s passion for health law stems from her early volunteer work with various HIV and AIDS organizations in Toronto. Sari continued following this passion in law school when she focused her studies on the criminalization of HIV transmission and completed summer programs at the Public Health Agency of Canada and the HIV and AIDS Legal Clinic of Toronto.
When representing and assisting clients, Sari is compassionate and tenacious. She understands the difficult situations clients often face and the impact it can have on their lives. She is committed to helping clients find creative solutions to meet their needs and address each issue.
Sari completed her J.D. at the University of Ottawa where she was involved in the Ottawa Law Review and the Health Law Students’ Association. Sari is the Chair of the Ontario Bar Association Health Law Section Executive Committee for 2024/2025 and is also the Vice-Chair of the Canadian Bar Association Health Law Section Executive Committee.
When she’s not practicing law, Sari spends her time crafting, DIYing, biking, and back country camping. Sari’s fitness apex is the time she successfully completed a half-marathon with her sister, which she vows never to do again. If you need any paint-by-number recommendations, email Sari.
